The Mundilorian 2026

May 17 @ 8:00 am

Maximum registered players: 70
PDGA Sanctioned event: c
ADG Tier: Non-Tour
No. of Holes / Rounds: 18/2
On the WA Disc Golf Tour
Tournament Directors: Ken Summers, Sue Summers

Welcome to the 6th installment of the Mundilorian at Mundaring Disc Golf Club. This year we’re leaning into a LEGO Star Wars-inspired theme, bringing a bit of fun into a seriously good day of disc golf.

For 2026, we’re evolving the format with two distinct layouts, tailored across divisions to improve competitive balance while still showcasing everything Mundaring does best, elevation, technical lines, and smart shot shaping.

The course will feature a refined mix of our classic terrain, with layout variations designed to challenge players at every level while keeping rounds flowing smoothly.

The Caddy Book, including full prize information and hole maps for both layouts, will be available prior to the event.

Keep an eye on this page for further updates in the lead-up.

Make sure you’ve got the right equipment

We assume you have already purchased your set of disc golf discs, but you may also consider grabbing a disc golf mini marker for marking your lie. Be sure to have a towel to wipe your discs, drink bottle to keep hydrated and supportive footwear to protect your feet. Sunscreen is also a good idea since you will be outdoors in nature!

Rules of disc golf

Keeping it as simple as possible the following are the disc golf rules for recreational play.

Tee throws

Tee throws must be completed within or behind the designated tee area. Do not throw until the players in front of you are out of range.

Lie

The spot where the previous throw has landed. Mark your lie, pick up your disc and throw directly towards the basket from that spot.

Out of bounds

There are some areas of the courses marked with OB such as roads, water and paths. If you do cross OB, just move your disc where it last crossed in bounds inline with the basket.

Throwing order

After teeing off, the player whose disc is farthest from the basket always throws first.

Completion of hole

A disc that comes to rest in the basket or chains constitutes successful completion of that hole.
