About Us

The mission of the Mundaring Sporting Club is to grow the sport of disc golf in Western Australia. We aim to do this by promoting the Mundaring course, running Discover Disc Golf days, running tournaments, welcoming school groups and other groups to utilise this facility.

Our course

Mundaring Disc Golf Course is located at Mundaring Sporting Club, Western Australia. Situated a 35 mins drive east of Perth city just in the Perth Hills.

What is disc golf?

Disc Golf is played like traditional golf. However, instead of hitting a ball with a club, players throw a disc from the tee pad to a metal basket. The aim of the game is to complete each hole in the fewest throws possible. The player with the lowest score for the course wins.

Thank you! The World Flying Disc Federation 2024 World Team Disc Golf Championship has been run and won

Mundaring Disc Golf hosted the World Flying Disc Federation 2024 World Team Disc Golf Championship (WTDGC24) this November 2024 and the gold medal winners were Estonia!
New Zealand won the Spirit medal, Australia the silver, and Canada bronze.

Well done to the medal winning teams and all who came to Mundaring, Perth, Western Australia to compete, volunteer or spectate at WTDGC24. Thank you for making the event the success it was. We loved having you!

Club shirts

Thanks to the support of Bendigo Community Bank Mundaring, Eagle Eye Coatings, Carl at Ragtop designs and Stones promotions, we are pleased to present to you the 2024 Club Shirt design!

For the first 60 shirts ordered, Mundaring Disc Golf members are being offered one club shirt each at the ridiculously low price of $10. We had our first shirt order run in 2024 and will do another soon.

New course install is in place!

The hardworking team at Mundaring sporting club disc golf and many volunteers have put in a major effort to get us to a level where we can now run the Perth Open on the new Mundaring World Disc Golf Course. This layout features 18 holes, with a par of 72, set to challenge the top level disc golfers.
