The Red Tail Open 2025 kicks off the WA Tour with a bang playing on Mundaring's Original 18 & the newly installed Worlds Course. The intent is to split divisions based on Australian Disc Golf (ADG) guidance; and run each division across both courses, with modifications to the World course to suit player skill levels. Join us for 2 rounds of 18 holes.

This event is on the WA Disc Golf Tour
The event will offer the following layouts based on ADG divisions:
Division 1
MPO, FPO, MP40, FP40, MA1, FA1, MA40
- Round 1: Modified Gold
- Round 2: Modified World (Similar to World Team Disc Golf Championships)
Division 2
MA2, FA2, MA3, FA4, MA50, FA40, MJ15, FJ15
- Round 1: Blue
- Round 2: Modified World (World Team Disc Golf Championships/Blue layouts)
Please refer to the division notes later down the page to clarify the division codes.
Please note: If the Tournament Director deems the weather a threat to player health, a decision may be made to move the tournament to a later date.

If this is your first time registering for an event, we've got some extra information for you.
The event will be capped at 144 players. Once you've registered you must make your payment by 7th February 2025 to lock in your spot.

Divisions
ADG follows the PDGA division scheme, meaning any PDGA division may be offered at an ADG-sanctioned event.
Important (Effective 2025):
- PDGA Clause 5.02(C): If a mixed division is offered, the equivalent women’s division must also be offered for at least one week of early registration or the first week of open registration. For example, if MP40 is offered, FP40 must be offered as well.
- PDGA Clause 2.02(L)(2): Any division that has at least one registered player must be run.
As a result of these updates, the list of standard formats for 2025 ADGTour events has been revised.
ADGTour Events
For 2025 ADGTour events, the following minimum divisions must be offered:
- Mixed Pro Open (MPO)
- Mixed Pro 40+ (MP40)
- Mixed Amateur 1 (MA1)
- Mixed Amateur 2 (MA2)
- Mixed Amateur 3 (MA3)
- Mixed Amateur 4 (MA4) – Non-points Division
- Mixed Amateur 40+ (MA40)
- Mixed Amateur 50+ (MA50)
- Mixed Junior ≤15 (MJ15)
- Women’s Pro Open (FPO)
- Women’s Pro 40+ (FP40)
- Women’s Amateur 1 (FA1)
- Women’s Amateur 2 (FA2)
- Women’s Amateur 3 (FA3)
- Women’s Amateur 4 (FA4) – Non-points Division
- Women’s Amateur 40+ (FA40)
- Women’s Amateur 50+ (FA50)
- Girls’ Junior ≤15 (FJ15)
Players in the non-points divisions (MA4 and FA4) do not earn ADGTour points; however, these divisions must still be offered at ADGTour events (except at ADGC).
Note:
- The divisions listed above are the minimum required for ADGTour events. Organizers may offer additional divisions as they see fit.
- ADGTour points will be awarded in the next highest ADGTour division for which players qualify.
Payment
Important
- All non-members of Mundaring Disc Golf Club will pay an additional $10 for Course green Fees (Amateur / Professional)
- In alignment with Australian Disc Golf Tournament standards, Professional payouts will be calculated minus Administration fees and Green Fees for non-members (Trophy + Mundaring Disc Golf Admin Fee $5 + Australian Disc Golf Event Based Fee $7)
- All payments are due by the 8pm 7th of February 2025, unless arrangements have been made prior.
- All professional payouts will be made by direct bank deposit. Alternative methods of payment may incur a fee.
